Scope of Work

• Initial Assessment & Proposal: After a rigorous selection process, Benson was entrusted with the critical task of upgrading Gilbert Public Schools' security infrastructure. Beginning with a detailed assessment, we crafted a comprehensive proposal to integrate top-tier camera systems across the district.
• Camera System Integration: Over two years, our team meticulously installed and configured state-of-the-art camera systems, ensuring robust surveillance coverage for enhanced school security.
• Access Control Integration: Following our success with the camera systems, we were selected to further strengthen the district's security by integrating advanced access control systems. This phase involved designing, deploying, and ensuring seamless interoperability with existing security infrastructures.
• Security Alarm Management: Expanding our partnership further, Benson assumed responsibility for the district's security alarm systems, overseeing both their functionality and monitoring.
• Unified Security Management: The pinnacle of our efforts culminated in the integration of all disparate security systems into a centralized Security Operations Center (SOC). Here, utilizing the advanced capabilities of the Avigilon software, the district can now manage and monitor every facet of their security, ensuring the safety and well-being of their students and staff.
